Thanks for RSVP’ing to our wedding.

We are taking RSVPs the semi-old-fashioned way: please e-mail us at alexandbill2018@gmail.com with your preferences.

Here’s what we need:

  • Your name
  • Your guest’s name, if any. (We are asking our guests to leave the children at home so the adults can celebrate together.)
  • Any special messages or wishes you have for us!
  • Dinner choice: sirloin steak, salmon, or vegetarian steak

Here’s the detail on the dinner options.

  • Sirloin steak: Seared Sirloin Steak Filet Au Poivre Potato- Kohlrabi Gratin, Poached Asparagus, Crispy Shallots, Pink Peppercorn Jus
  • Salmon: Pan Seared Salmon Filet Acorn Squash Puree, Sautéed Spinach with Melted Leeks, Toasted Hazelnut Veloute, Crispy Brussels Sprout Leaves
  • Vegetarian steak: Wood-Fired Cauliflower Steak Steamed Haricot Vert, Red Quinoa with Caramelized Vegetables, Creamy Coconut-Carrot Puree, Caper Salsa Verde
